Abstract

This report highlights the main UK patent cases in 2014, including creative attempts to resist local damages payments, appeals on Jamaican inventorship laws, procedures surrounding concurrent EPO and domestic proceedings, declarations of non-infringement, added matter, software patents, employee compensation, and groundless threats of patent infringement.
