Abstract

This research has developed an innovative and contemporary approach in establishing users' preferences. The findings indicate that there is no comprehensive framework or model which incorporates the many, varied and complex components of an implementation. With changes to work processes considered to be the most consistent and significant component of implementations, user demography and preferences need to be clearly established.
