Abstract

This research aims to identify and apply novel methods and data sources to improve our ability to capture and measure the complex relationships between the foodscape, observed health outcomes, and demographics. This is done through a case study in Perth, Western Australia, providing an overview of accessibility and exposure to the foodscape of different SES groups across the whole city, whilst also teasing out nuanced relationships between the foodscape, health outcomes, and demographics.
