Abstract

Siblings of individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions (NDCs) are at increased genetic and environmental risk for poorer psychosocial and neurocognitive outcomes compared to control groups of siblings of individuals without NDCs. The present program of research aimed to explore the associations between psychosocial, behavioural, and neurocognitive risk and resilience factors implicated in the mental health and wellbeing of siblings of persons with NDCs, both cross-sectionally and over two time points, enriched by community consultation, across six studies.
