Abstract

QSAR studies on modeling the biological activities of 26 benzenesulfonamide derivatives as inhibitors of carbonic anhydrases CA-I, CA-II and CA-IV were performed using six distance-based topological indices, including Balaban-type indices J(hetV) and J(hetE). Satisfactory multiparametric correlations were obtained.
