Optical coherence elastography of excised human prostate

Research output: Chapter in Book/Conference paperConference paperpeer-review

Abstract

We applied compression optical coherence elastography to obtain elastograms of entire cross-sections of a fresh human prostate. Images of stress, strain, and Euler angle of principal compression reveal important details of the tissue micro-architecture and allow for tumor differentiation.
