This thesis presents the general structure of non-conformal higher-spin supercurrent multiplets in three and four spacetime dimensions. Such supercurrents are in one-to-one correspondence with off-shell massless higher-spin gauge supermultiplets, some of which are constructed in this thesis for the first time. Extensive studies of these supersymmetric higher-spin multiplets, their dual versions and corresponding conserved supercurrents are given for the N=1 case in 4D Minkowski and AdS spaces, as well as the N=1 and N=2 cases in 3D AdS space. Explicit realisations of higher-spin conserved current multiplets in various supersymmetric theories are also worked out in detail.
