Abstract

In the developing and developed world the induction of non alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), diabetes and neurodegenerative diseases is now connected to food contamination. Nutritional biotherapy is essential to maintain immunometabolism with poor food quality connected to autoimmune disease and mitochondrial apoptosis with relevance to accelerated aging and chronic diseases. Biotherapy is essential for drug metabolism with diet and nutrition critical to the immune system and drug metabolism. Appetite control is essential to maintain immunometabolism and hepatic metabolism of dietary fat with appetite dysregulation and defective fat metabolism now relevant to obese and diabetic individuals. Magnesium therapy is important to biotherapy with unhealthy diets, food contamination and exercise that induce magnesium deficiency relevant to insulin resistance, defective drug metabolism and autoimmune disease.
