N2 - The numerical approximation of the unsteady natural-convection flow from a vertical flatplate with a surface temperature oscillation is investigated. Asymptotic solutions for smalltimes are analyzed by a perturbation method. Results show that numerical solutions are ingood agreement with the asymptotic solutions for the small times. At large time, the flowbecomes steady and the numerical solutions are compared with the steady solutions.
