Abstract
The Metropolitan (Metro) Food Sensations® program is run by Foodbank WA and aims to improve knowledge and understanding of nutritious foods and provide participants with food preparation skills. From February to December 2012, the program was delivered by Foodbank’s public health nutritionists in the Perth metropolitan area (i.e. Quinns Rock to Rockingham). The aim of this evaluation was to assess the relevance and quality of the program, as well as changes in nutrition knowledge, skills and attitudes via student, teacher, parent and educator training surveys
