Abstract

Since the advent of the digital revolution the role and responsibility of lawyers has changed. Specifically, AI presents new challenges in relation to ethics and justice and also in relation to maintaining competence. This chapter will analyse the changes in the professional responsibility of the legal profession in providing services to their clients. This chapter will discuss the new landscape in which the legal profession has to provide their services.
