Abstract
We present monozygotic twin sisters with a non-syndromic enlargement of the endolymphatic duct and sac. The diagnosis was confirmed with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and DNA typing. The twins were concordant for the inner ear malformation and subsequent confirmation of the hearing loss in each twin demonstrated a mirror image phenotype.
