    Abstract

    The sensitivity obtainable from an angle sensor using the walk-off of a laser between two parallel mirrors is analysed and investigated experimentally. A preliminary angle noise floor result of 1.0 x 10(-10) rad/root Hz was obtained, limited by the pointing noise of the simple laser pointer used. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights: reserved.
