Abstract
One of the problems that has arisen because of the adoption of a uniform ‘unjust enrichment’ framework for thinking about this area of law is that the ordinary dialectic between those with different viewpoints in relation to it has been stifled. We have fallen into opposing camps who are not listening to one another.
