Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the roles of Not -for-profit organisations (NFPs) both in China and Australia. By comparing the countries’ governance frameworks for NFPs, our aim is to propose Good and Practical Governance Principles and Guidance for NFPs in both countries.
