This report was commissioned by the Federal Court of Australia, arising from the Order of 27 July 2011 made by the Deputy Registrar of the Federal Court, Brisbane. The order addressed terms of reference for the author's engagement to conduct an inquiry to identify the native title rights and interests of any community or society of native title holders, as provided by Order 1 of the Court‟s orders made on 12 July 2011, in the area identified in that order (“inquiry area”).
