    Abstract

    A measurement technique whereby one can measure the relative phase fluctuations and frequency stability of two oscillators operating at different frequencies, both well above the operating bandwidth of any available phase noise measurement test set, is presented and verified experimentally. © The Institution of Engineering and Technology 2013.
