Abstract

The interface perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) is known to be induced at the interface between a ferromagnetic metal (FM) layer and a non-magnetic (NM) heavy-metal layer such as Platinum or Palladium (Pd) in a FM/NM bilayer or multilayer film [1-3].
