Abstract
A new configuration of a rapid scanning optical delay line for use in the interferometric optical imaging of macroscopic biological specimens, in vivo, is presented. A linear delay of 2.3 cm in air, scanned at a velocity of 1 m/s, with uniform intensity and near 100% duty cycle is demonstrated.
