Abstract
Highlights Bulk NiTiCuCo parts were successfully fabricated by laser powder bed fusion; As-printed NiTiCuCo alloy has refined hierarchical microcomposites structure; As-printed NiTiCuCo alloy demonstrates superior elastocaloric stability; Contribution of strong interphase interactions to stability is in-situ revealed; This study provides the guide for the fabrication of NiTi-based composites.
