Abstract
An ultra-low frequency pre-isolator (PI) has been built by ACIGA for microseismic noise isolation and reduction of suspension chain resonant mode amplitudes. A multidimensional control system, based on digital signal processing, has been developed for position control and normal mode damping of the PI. In this paper, we demonstrate the successful control of the suspension system.
