    Abstract

    Computerized clinical information systems that provide on-line support for intake, diagnosis and assessment, treatment planning and implementation, and outcome evaluation are available and are reviewed in this paper. Notwithstanding their availability and well-proved usefulness in psychiatric care, the use of such systems is the exception rather than the rule. In conclusion, what are we waiting for?
