Abstract

We report the occurrence of a left frontal lobe ganglioglioma in a patient with neurofibromatosis type I (von Recklinghausen's disease) and conclude that the occurrence of a cerebral ganglioglioma in a patient with neurofibromatosis must probably be considered coincidental.
