Abstract

Bullous retinal detachment is a unique but infrequent manifestation of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). This chapter covers the demographic and clinical features of bullous CSC and illustrates other clinical syndromes that may be mistaken for this entity. The role of fibrin in the pathogenesis of bullous is also discussed.
