A stable multivibrator with independent mark- and space-time control

    Abstract

    A simple astable-multivibrator circuit is presented which enables independent control of mark and space time. In addition, the astable can be reliably stopped and started. The circuit described operates at frequencies up to 15 MHz and produces transistor-transistor-logic-compatible levels.
