Abstract

This article identifies a range of complex issues associated with the return to in-person office work in the immediate aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, Using resources from Aristotle, it proposes a decision-making method for addressing them that is oriented towards business purpose, systematic and repeatable, and supportive of a constructive organisational culture.
