This project was funded by the Safe Work Australia Research Grant: Interventions to manage work-related psychosocial hazards valued at $373,762. The grant supported a two-year participatory research project led by Dr Daniela Andrei, Professor Sharon Parker, and Dr Jane Chong on eliminating or minimising work-related psychosocial hazards for aged care workers by developing and implementing work redesign solutions that optimise job demands.

The research findings will contributes to the evidence base for effective organisational approaches to work design and the management of workplace psychosocial risks.
