Personal profile
Biography
I am an ARC Plant Energy Biology PhD candidate at School of Molecular Sciences, UWA.
I completed my Master of Philosophy in Biotechnology and did my research on genetic engineering of bacteria. My doctoral research focuses on elucidating the molecular basis of variegation in Anigozanthos flavidus "Stripie" using genomic and metabolic modeling approaches. The findings are expected to advance our understanding of plant adaptation mechanisms and energy-efficiency strategies, with potential applications in sustainable urban landscaping and climate-resilient agriculture.
