I am a PhD researcher at The University of Western Australia and a Research Officer and Project Coordinator at the Perron Institute for Neurological and Translational Science.

I currently manage two major projects at the Perron Institute, the GENE-YD and PGx-ADAPT studies, which focus on personalising mental health treatment for youth through pharmacogenetics and improving how these innovations are implemented in real world care.

My postgraduate studies explored the complexities of patient engagement, shaping my community centred approach to health research. I have experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and brings strong capability across co designed and qualitative research, randomised controlled trials, and psychological assessments in research settings. My work sits at the intersection of patient engagement, health services research, and implementation science, with a particular focus on improving how personalised medicine innovations such as pharmacogenetics are designed, communicated, and integrated into real world care.

Across my career, I have managed large multidisciplinary teams, coordinated complex clinical and health research projects, and built strong stakeholder relationships and cross sector partnerships. My work is guided by a commitment to culturally informed research practices, improved health equity, and translational outcomes. I am especially dedicated to embedding patient and community voices in research so that it is grounded in lived experience and supports meaningful, sustained change.
