Biography

Yujie Wei (魏玉洁) is a PhD candidate in English and Literary Studies at the University of Western Australia. She is doing a doctoral project on shame in Jean Rhys's early novels, which examines different representations of shame and its productive potential. Her general research interests lie in women's literature and emotion studies.
