Biography

Xiao Sun received his PhD degree in Engineering at The University of Western Australia in November 2016. His thesis focuses on micromachining applications based on porous silicon. He is currently working as a research associate at the Microelectronics Research Group, University of Western Australia, undertaking an ARC project "Thermal imaging based on porous silicon". He is also working as a process engineer at the Australia National Fabrication Facility (ANFF)-WA node, to provide training and technical support to researchers using fabrication and characterisation facilities.
