Biography

Dr. Vaughan is Sub-Dean for Global Medicine. They are a proactive and driven translational researcher committed to life-long learning and conducting research with tangible outputs in patient populations. Their research focuses on the way that people interact with and experience health services, particularly improving outcomes for people and communities that face systemic barriers to care. Dr Vaughan has extensive experience working with students, staff and clients from varied backgrounds, in particular Indigenous Australians, and areas where English is not the first language.
