Trav is passionate about helping others achieve the best version of themselves and providing opportunities for individuals and teams to build their capability. Trav currently performs roles with the Telethon Kids Institute as well as the University of Western Australia where he uses his diverse skills to build capability and culture with a technical lean toward well-being, professional development, leadership and education.
