Biography

Tianyi Long is currently a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Western Australia Business School. He received his PhD in management from Monash University, Australia in 2023. 

His research interests include employee well-being, AI-HRM interactions, HR innovation, green HRM, talent management, and sustainablity issues in HRM. Tianyi has published his research in Human Resource Management Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, among others. 

Tianyi has extensive teaching experiences during his PhD at Monash and was the recipient of teaching excellence award.
