Tee Lim is Head of Department at GenesisCare Murdoch Oncology Centre (St John of God Hospital) and a Senior Radiation Oncologist across GenesisCare sites at Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch, and Wembley. He graduated from Monash University in 1996 and completed specialist training in Radiation Oncology in Western Australia, becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) in 2005. He subsequently undertook advanced clinical and research fellowships in genitourinary oncology and advanced radiotherapy techniques at Perth Radiation Oncology, and Odette Cancer Centre (Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto).

His clinical and research interests include breast, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and thoracic malignancies, with a focus on advanced radiotherapy techniques such as VMAT, stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), and MR-guided radiotherapy. He has a particular interest in cardiac radioablation and transplant-related irradiation, and was part of the team that delivered Western Australia’s first stereotactic arrhythmia radioablation (STAR) for refractory ventricular tachycardia in 2020. He is also the only radiation oncologist in Western Australia providing total lymphoid irradiation for refractory cardiac transplant rejection, currently being evaluated as a neoadjuvant strategy in high-risk cardiac transplant recipients within a prospective national multicentre clinical trial.

He is Principal Investigator for multiple international and national clinical trials, including DASL-HiCaP, ENZARAD, ASTuTE, HYBRID, EvoPAR-Prostate02, NINJA, and ProstACT-TARGET. Under his leadership, Fiona Stanley Hospital has become the leading global recruiting centre for the DASL-HiCaP and ENZARAD Phase III trials. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and regularly presents at major international meetings, including ASTRO, ESTRO, ASCO GU, ESMO, and RANZCR.

He is actively involved in medical education at the University of Western Australia, providing clinical teaching to final-year medical students at Fiona Stanley Hospital and serving as an OSCE examiner. He is also a training supervisor for Advanced Radiation Oncology and Palliative Care trainees, having supervised multiple trainee-led research projects across prostate, lung, renal cell carcinoma, and transplant medicine, resulting in peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and manuscripts in preparation.

He is an active member of multidisciplinary tumour boards and contributes to national clinical governance through eviQ, GenesisCare Expert Advisory Groups, and Radiation Oncology–Urology–Medical Oncology (RUM) meetings, supporting integrated cancer care and guideline development. His work focuses on clinical innovation, research excellence, and improving outcomes for patients with cancer.
