Personal profile

Biography

I am currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy at UWA, under the supervision of Dr. Kristin Gainey and Dr. Rodrigo Becerra. My project will focus on how to promote wellbeing for people with psychological symptoms by investigating clinically relevant factors that impact the association between anxiety, depression and wellbeing.

I graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2018, with a Bachelor of Science (Psychological Science and Psychology in Society). I achieved First Class Honours in Psychology in 2020 under the supervision of Dr. Kristin Gainey and Prof. Colin MacLeod, with a thesis focusing on mindfulness and meaning. From 2020-2022, I worked in the Emotional Wellbeing Lab at UWA as the Research Coordinator for the FEEL Study, a multi-part study about understanding emotional wellbeing and psychological outcomes.
