Born in Canada, educated in Paris, France (ENS-Ulm, EHESS, Agregation de Sciences Sociales: Paris). Lived in Canada, Egypt, Switzerland, Germany, UK, and Australia. PhD in (Energy) Economics. MSc Sociology. B.(International) Law. Worked for INRA (Montpellier, France) and CLIMA, UWA (Perth) before.
