Dr Sonia Fernandez is a biomedical scientist and teaching-intensive academic specialising in the teaching of clinical immunology and general human disease principles. She has an extensive research background in the immunology of HIV disease with developing interests in cancer immunotherapy and the scholarship of learning and teaching.
