Dr Silvia Lozeva is an academic with an international experience in sustainable development, having worked in the UK, New Zealand, Russia and in Eastern European countries. 

Dr Lozeva completed her PhD in Migration and Sustainable Development in 2014. Since then Dr Lozeva has applied her professional knowledge to advance equity and diversity initiatives, including gender equity, addressing violence against women, managing student equity projects and advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Reconciliation. 

Silvia is passionate about giving back to the community in the non-for-profit multicultural sector (as a Board Director) and local Government (as an independent community development adviser).

Currently, Dr Lozeva's research interests are multidisciplinary in the field of migration, political science and international development, and is a Board Director at the Migration and Citizenship Research Committee at the International Political Science Association. 

Silvia Lozeva is a Managing Director of Institute 361: Gamifying Strategic thinking and an active researcher in Go studies.
