Shannon is an experienced Organisational Psychologist and a member of the Psychology at Work Lab at UWA; specialising in team and individual development, performance improvement, change management and the design and delivery of training. Possessing strong problem solving and diagnostic skills, she employs strategic interventions based on psychological theory to assist organisations to effectively develop performance driven cultures consistent with today's operating environment. Shannon has a passion for enabling people to reach their potential and achieve their goals, and is known for her ability to build rapport and effectively manage relationships across all levels.
Shannon has worked extensively with industry and has experience across both private and public sectors, not for profit, health care, and mining.
Research interests include leadership, employee well-being and the design of work for productivity and performance with a focus on real world industry challenges.
