I am an Associate Professor of Marketing at UWA Business School. I am accepting PhD candidates, Honours students and Visiting Research Scholars to work with our vibrant and high quality research teams. You will work on cutting edge research on the impact of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics on Services and Customer Experience Measurement and Management.

I am a thought leader in my field and regularly contribute and comment on media stories, including a recent appearance on 7News and The West Australian. 

My work has been published in leading international journals such as British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Marketing Management, International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Services Marketing,  Internet Research, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change among others.
