Rory is a PhD candidate with research interests in applied areas of health economics, health policy, labour and global health. He is currently based at the School of Population and Global Health. He continues to teach both postgraduate and undergraduate medical sciences.

Prior to his PhD studies, Rory worked as a consultant for World Health Organization in Geneva, where he conducted health economic evaluations for non-communicable diseases, and maternal and child health. He has also worked for Deloitte Access Economics with the Health Economic and Social Policy team.
