With extensive experience as a collection curator, exhibition curator, and arts advisor, Robert has played roles in shaping key exhibitions at prestigious venues like the S.H Ervin Gallery, Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery, the Venice Biennale, New York University, and City Gallery Wellington. Currently serving as the Curator for Wanneroo Regional Gallery, he actively collaborates on a number of touring exhibitions and projects with renowned partners such as the National Gallery of Australia, British Museum, the National Museum of Australia, and various other institutions.

  • Research interest: Religious iconography and symbolism in art history
  • Focus on 20th-century esotericism and alternative spirituality's influence on art
  • Exploration of Northern Italian art during the Renaissance period
  • Investigation of the impact of digital and XR technologies on contemporary art and religious symbolism.
