Biography

Richard is Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia, and Adjunct Professor at Curtin University.

His career began in the European media industry before he completed his PhD and post-doctoral training at University of Melbourne.

He has received several awards for his contributions to research, teaching, and reviewing, along with securing $800,000 in research funding.

Richard's research has been featured in leading international journals, including MIT Sloan Management Review, Journal of Supply Chain Management, European Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, International Journal of Management Reviews, and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.

He contributes to executive teaching programs and serves on the editorial boards of Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, and International Journal of Management Reviews.

He is also a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, and the co-founder of 29Blinco, partnering with clients in Australia, Germany, and Italy to spark fresh thinking.
