Biography

I currently lead the assessment practices acros the Doctor of Medicine (MD). I am an active and passionate educator with a high-level of interest in supporting academic staff in their educational journey of higher education pedagogy, curriculum and learning practices. In recent years,  developing leadership skills and building capacity of staff has become a key area of interest. A number of publications include the experiences of female academics during the pandemic.

Having worked in numerous roles and education contexts for over 20 years, my knowledge of best educational practices has deepened. In addition, I provide consultancy in leadership and creating a culture of development and continuous learning. 


Previously, I was the Head of the Research Education & Training Program leading the development of a full suite of online research training modules for health professionals.
My professional qualifications include Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, Executive Coach and Psychometric Behaviour profiling (via DISC Advanced) adding value to my role as an eucator.
