Biography

Ramón Rico (ramon.rico@uwa.edu.au) is an associate professor of at the University of Western Australia, and associate editor of the Organizational Psychology Review journal. His work has been published at the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Psychology Review. His current research interests include shared cognition and team adaptation, adaptive leadership, team diversity, task design characteristics, multiteam systems, and team process and effectiveness.
