Dr. Pradeep Koppolu acquired his undergraduate dental degree from the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, India, in 2006. Subsequently, he pursued his Master’s degree in Periodontology at the same university in 2011. He completed a doctoral philosophy in medical sciences in Malaysia in 2023. He also holds a degree in clinical research and clinical trial monitoring.  Dr. Koppolu is a Fellow at the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, USA, and a Fellow at the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He holds certifications in laser dentistry from the European Medical Laser Association and the UCSF School of Dentistry, USA. He also holds a specialist periodontist registration from The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Dr. Koppolu has held various positions within the field of periodontics over the past 13 years. From 2011 to 2015, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the Sri Sai College of Dental Surgery, located in Vikarabad, India. In addition, he held the position of a consultant periodontist, laser specialist, and implantologist at FMS Dental Hospitals in Hyderabad, India, for a period of four years. Dr. Koppolu then moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he served as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Preventative Dental Sciences at Al Farabi Colleges in Riyadh from 2015 to 2018. He later advanced to the role of Assistant Professor in the Department of Preventative Dental Sciences at Dar Al Uloom University, Riyadh, where he remained until 2023. Dr. Koppolu also served as the Head of Teaching and Learning (Standard 2) of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA), as well as the Head of the Scientific Research Committee, a Member of the Ethics Committee, a Member of the Quality Unit, and a Member of the Internal Audit Committee at Dar al Uloom University, Riyadh, KSA.

During his tenure, Dr. Pradeep has consistently been engaged in research, resulting in the publication of over 120 papers, two patents, and a book on research methodology. His unwavering commitment and exceptional achievements earned him the prestigious title of "Best Researcher" at Dar Al Uloom University in Riyadh in 2021. . His research interests include periodontics, laser dentistry, implantology, microbiology, nanomaterials, and biomarkers.
