Biography

Since 1999 i have worked an a range of projects relating to plant nutrition, nutrient cycling, efficient management of soil acidity, soil chemistry, plant responses to ion deficiencies, ion toxicities and soil acidity. My work has largely focussed on agriculture and the wheatbelt of south-western Australia, but including plantation eucalypt forestry and mine site rehabilitation.

My skills and experience range from large field trials, glasshouse experiments, root and rhizosphere analysis, soil and plant analysis and developing new laboratory analytical methods. 

 

I have worked with a range of collaborators including large and smal agribusiness, farmer groups and a mining company.

I have learned a few things over the years.
