Biography

Miaojia Huang is a first-year Ph.D. student at the Department of Management and Organizations at UWA Business School. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shenzhen University, China in July 2020. She was a visiting student at the University of Turku, Finland in 2018. She worked as a research assistant at the Vanke School of Public Health, Tsinghua University before.

Research interests

Her research interests include service management and text-mining of user-generated content.
