Biography

Miaojia Huang is a PhD candidate in the Department of Management and Organizations at UWA Business School. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shenzhen University, China, in July 2020. In 2018, she was a visiting undergraduate student at the University of Turku, Finland. Before joining UWA in February 2022, she was a research assistant at the Vanke School of Public Health, Tsinghua University.

Research interests

Her research interests include service management and text-mining of user-generated content.
