Biography
Dr Mark Walkey completed his BSc and PhD at UWA under the supervision of A. Prof. Matthew Piggott and Prof. George Koutsantonis on the synthesis of organometallic molecular switches. His first postdoc was with Prof. Richard Whitby at the University of Southampton working on endohedral fullerenes. We is currently was back with Matthew Piggott developing MDMA analogues as treatments for Parkinson's Disease in collaboration with our industry partner Emyria Ltd.
